    1 medium banana, 1 small orange, 6 large strawberries, 2 cups spinach, 2 small carrots, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 oz raw organic cacao nibs, 2 cups organic pacific unsweetened vanilla almond drink, vega protein, 8 ice cubes


I use Vega Performance Protein Powder in Vanilla or Chocolate. It may cost more, but it has NO isolates and it's Vegan. All Veggie Protein.


Serving Size: Makes 5 one cups. (I drink 2 & my husband gets 3.) I use a Vitamix, so I toss in all of the softer fruit first and then the spinach, and the ice cubes last. I also toss in the cacao nibs and chia. Once blended I slow the blender down and add the protein powder. You can vary your greens and add kale or collards as well. :-)
