Corn and Zuchinni sauteed with butter and herbs. Corn and Zuchinni sauteed with butter and herbs.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 can corn, whatever your preferred kind
    1 medium zucchini, or 2 cups sliced zucchini
    4 Tbsp butter (can be made vegan with vegetable oil instead)
    Salt + Pepper
    Fresh Basil


If lacking in fresh basil, dried basil or oregano works as well.


Put 2Tbsp butter in hot saute pan. Add corn and let brown slightly on one side.

Add Zucchini and other 2Tbsp of butter. Stir.

Add salt, pepper, and fresh basil. Stir.

Cook until Zucchini is no longer crisp.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
