    Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 3 8-oz pkgs
    Oreo Cookies 18 cookies
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Squares - 8 squares
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large


Preheat oven to 325*F

Mix crushed cookies and butter, press firmly onto bottom of springform pan. Bake 10 min.

Beat cram cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.

Bake 45 to 55 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake, cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
