    1 cup oat flour (made from 1 cup oats ground in blender or food processor)
    2 eggs
    1 packet Cherry Spark (orange would work well too)
    1 cup applesauce
    2 Scoops Chocolate Muscle Gain
    2oz water
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda

sub vanilla muscle gain and pink lemonade spark or mango strawberry spark. Play around with it.


preheat oven to 350
mix dry ingredients
mix wet ingredients
bake for 20-25 minutes
