    Carrots, raw, 115 grams
    Mushrooms, fresh, 115 grams
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 60 grams
    Asparagus, fresh, 100 grams
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 70 grams
    Green Beans (snap), 60 grams
    *Chicken (raw), spring mountain farms, 13 oz
    Knorr cream of vegetable soup 83 g sachet, 1 serving
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp )
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tsp
    *Ground turmeric, .5 tbsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Salt, 2 tsp
    *Safflower Oil, oleic, 2 1tsp
    Water, tap, 3000 mL

Tips

If you find your soup too thick just add water and and boil.Alternatively if you find your soup too thin just boil out the water until you happy with the texture.


Directions

1)First chop onions and fry them in your 2 teaspoons vegetable oil until brown
2)Add washed chicken and spices to onions and braise chicken to a light brown color
3)Prepare all the other vegetables by chopping them into cubes
4)Add all vegetables and chicken to your water and leave to boil on medium heat until your broth is half the quantity from when you started
5)Finally add your soup mix which has been premixed in 1 cup of water and bring to boil until you have reached your desired thickness.
6)You have successively created a hearty low calorie delicious chicken vegetable soup.ENjoy
