    2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 onion chopped
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    2 eggs
    1 TBS butter
    3 TBS chopped green pepper
    1/3 cup ketsup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp dry mustard
    2 TBS horseradish

    4 TBS chopped onion
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 TBS green pepper
    1 cup canned tomatoes
    1 tsp sugar
    bay leaf
    2 whole cloves


Mix all ingredients for meatloaf. Bake at 400 degrees for 60 minutes. Make sauce while meatloaf cooks..
