    1 Goldfish flat bread
    1 Poached Egg
    1 slice Land O Lakes Cheese
    1 serving Country Crock Margarine
    1 serving yellow mustard


I prefer frying my egg with Pam


Poach an egg (or spray frying pan with Pam and fry egg)
Toast two slices (1 Gold Fish)
Spread butter on toasted bread
Melt cheese in frying pan on top of egg (If fried)
Place egg & cheese on buttered toasted bread
Add yellow mustard


Serving Size: 1 Sandwich
