    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 8 oz.
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .05 cup, diced
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 tsp
    Pickle Relish, 0.5 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Hellmans light mayo, 4 tbsp
    Accent Enhancement Seasoning, 0.5 tsp
    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1 dash


Based on oven configuration, cook time of chicken may vary. Make certain there is not pink meat visible but do not overcook or your meat will be dry.


Lightly season skinless chicken breast
Splitting thicker pieces will allow for a quicker cook
Bake on 325 for 35 mins. (do not overcook)
Let cool for 15 minutes before cubing or shredding
Place chicken to large bowl
Cut or shred onions and celery
Add all ingredients to chicken
Add a Dash of Crushed Red Peppers for an Extra kick
Lightly toss and chill before serving
Serving Size: Makes Approx. 4 - 1 cup servings
