Introduction

All Vegetable. Great for a Detox regime. All Vegetable. Great for a Detox regime.

Ingredients

    2 T Olive Oil
    1 Large Onion or Leek
    3 Cloves Garlic 1/4 Med Cabbage
    4 Kale Leaves
    2 Celery Stalks
    1C Fennel
    6C Vegetable Stock
    Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
    Parsley

Tips

Less cooking of vegetables is better. Can add ham for some extra protein.


Directions

Process all ingredients in Food Processor or chop up small by hand (except Oil & Parsley). Saute Onion and Garlic in Oil. Add rest of ingredients (except parsley).
Cook 15 mins only
Puree with an immersion blender or food processor. Add Parsley and serve.
