Ingredients

    *Roast Beef - Slice, 6 oz
    *Lipton Onion Roasted Potatoes, 1.5 serving
    *Roasted Baby Carrots, 1.5 serving
    Market Day Whole Grain Sweet Pea Blend (4 serv/bag), 4 serving
    *Heinz Fat Free Gravy - Savory Beef, 1.5 cup
    *Baby Bellas, sliced, 0.5 cup

Directions

Using leftover roast beef, carrots, Lipton roasted potatoes & juices...put in med saucepan.
Microwave bag of Whole Grain Sweet Pea Blend for 3 minutes. Add to the meat mixture.
Add mushrooms & gravy.
Heat to a boil, cover & simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Makes 5 servings of 1 cup each.
