Ingredients

    You can cut down amount of rice to lower calories. Original recipe only had brown rice and no corn.
    1 cup brown rice, cooked
    8 ounces chicken (I used canned)
    1 cup sweet kernel corn
    1 cup black beans
    0.5 cup chicken broth
    4 T. BBQ sauce
    1/4 cup chopped onion

    Stir all together and cook over medium heat until onion is done.

Directions

Add all together and heat til onion is cooked (about 20-30 mins on medium heat.)

Serving Size: 4 - one cupt servings
