    1/2 wholewheat pita pocket
    1 large egg


You may want to add ham or cheese, I use no butter on the pita so it is a little dry, but if you're a ketchup fan go to it, you don't have to worry about it squishing out the other side. The possibilities are endless


Fry egg as desired & season. Slip egg into pita pocket and you have your breakfast sandwich on the go.
