Introduction

Made with fresh milled Breadbecker's whole wheat. Made with fresh milled Breadbecker's whole wheat.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup hot water
    1/3 cup canola oil (or your favorite oil)
    2 Tbsp Lecithin
    4-4 1/2 cups milled whole wheat
    1 Tbsp Active Dry Yeast
    1 tsp salt

Calories are figured for 8 slices from each crust.


Directions

Combine water, oil, and salt, Add lecithin and half of the flour. Mix thoroughly. Add yeast and enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth and elastic (about 5-6 minutes).

Divide dough in half for 2 medium pizza crusts. Roll out onto greased pizza pan that has been dusted with cornmeal if desired. Add toppings and let rest for 10-15 minutes. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes.


Serving Size: Makes 2 medium size crusts
