Delicious homemade banana bread. Delicious homemade banana bread.
Number of Servings: 24


    1/2 Cup oil
    1 Cup sugar
    3 eggs
    3 Cups all purpose flour
    3 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 Cups Mashed Banana
    1 Cup chopped nuts

    Plus grease or baking spray and extra sugar to coat the loaf pans.


Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Lightly grease and sugar 3 loaf pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2").

Mix oil, sugar, eggs in a large bowl.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together in a separate bowl.
Combine flour mixture with oil/sugar/egg.
Add mashed banana and chopped nuts.
Pour into greased and sugared loaf pans.

Bake at 350 Degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
