Ingredients



    Garlic,, minced, 1 clove
    Ginger Root, grated, 1 tbsp
    Campbells no salt added chicken broth 0.75 cup
    *Sushi Chef Mirin, 1 tbsp
    *Kikkoman Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Corn Starch,1 tbsp
    *Beef - Rib Eye, 6oz (1 steak)

Directions

Sear the steak both sides. Set aside. Mix all the other ingredients together. Bring it a boil. When it thickens, slice the steak thinly and put into the sauce. Cook about 5 minutes.
