    500 grams Ground beef, lean
    1 can Coles Australian Diced Tomatoes
    1 Liter V8 Vegetable Juice, Spicy Hot
    1 envelope Continental Cup of Beef Soup
    1 medium, Onions, raw
    100 grams brown rice 'sun rice' uncooked
    2 cups Water, tap
    2 large Green or Red Peppers


May serve with cheese (mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, etc.), but cheese is not included in nutrition count.


1. Brown ground beef with onion and chopped peppers.

2. Combine all in slow cooker (cooked beef/onion/pepper mix with remaining ingredients).

3. Cook with slow cooker until rice is cooked.

Serving Size: Makes 5 servings, approx. 525 grams each
