Ingredients

    Scallops 12 oz
    Smart Balance Light 6T
    Red pepper 1 small
    Mushrooms whole, 2cups
    Onion 1 small
    Asparagus 30 small stalks
    Garlic 3 cloves
    Nutmeg .25tsp
    Salt .25tsp
    Parsley 1T

Directions

Saute garlic and spices in butter until tender. Cut veggies. Combine veggies and scallops in a bowl. Pour butter sauce over to coat. Put in a grill basket. Grill for 8-10 minutes or until done. Makes 3 servings - about 7 scallops each.
