Ingredients

    6 oz. Bear and Wolf Pink Salmon (canned)
    1/4 cup Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    6 oz. Egg Beaters Egg Substitute, original flavor
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
    1 Tbsp raw onion or green onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Flake salmon from the can into a bowl. Add in bread crumbs, Egg Beaters, Mrs. Dash and onions. Mix well. Divide into fourths. Take each fourth and form into a 3-inch patty.

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Fy each patty for about 3 minutes per side, or until lightly browned. Flip and cook an additional 3 or so minutes until second side is browned. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 4 3-inch patties
