Ingredients



    *La Tortilla Factory - Fat Free Tortilla, 1 serving
    *Refried Beans, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Garlic clove 1
    Salsa, 1 tbsp
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 tbsp
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 oz
    Chili Garlic Sauce, Sriracha, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil 1 tsp

Directions

In small skillet, sautee peppers, onion, and garlic with olive oil. You an dice or julienne. Whatever you prefer.

Take warm tortilla and spread a layer of refried beans. On top of beans, add sauteed veggies, cheese, and salsa. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees until heated through.

In separate container, mix sour cream and sriracha. You can make as much as you like but use 1 to 1 ratio.

When burrito is hot. spread sour cream/sriracha mixture on top. Add a few slices fresh avocado and salt n pepper to taste. You're done!
