    Farmer John Classic Ham Steak, 2 oz diced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 small sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Milk, 1%, 3 mL
    Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup, shredded
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Parkay, Light Stick Margarine, 1 Tbsp


Dice ham, and slice mushrooms, onions and garlic and brown in the tablespoon of margarine. Set aside. Whip egg and milk together and cook until set, flip and add ham mixture, and cheese. Fold over and cook until cheese is melted.
