1 - Rhodes white bread dough loaf
    1 - medium side tomatoe
1 lb of lean ground beef
    3 - romaine lettuce leaves
1 can of fat free refried beans
1 pkg of taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup of colby & monterey jack cheese

Unthaw dough in refrigerator 24 hours before you make the pizza.

Prepare taco meat by following taco seasoning directions and set aside. Cut up lettuce and tomatoes and set aside in seperate containers.
flour your work area and roll the dough in the flour. Once lightly coated roll into the shape of the pan ( I roll it and hand stretch the dough then put into the pan). Make sure the dough is the full size of the pan. Spread your can of refried beans onto the dough evenly. Sprinkle the prepare taco meat on to the refried beans evenly.
Bake this in the oven for 15-20 mins or until the edge of the crust is a golden brown. Sprinkle the pizza with the lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Serve with sour cream and salsa.

Serving Size: Makes 12 slices from a retangler cookie sheet
