Hearty, healthy, whole grain & bean flour pancakes. Hearty, healthy, whole grain & bean flour pancakes.
Number of Servings: 4


    2 Tb Coconut Oil, melted
    1 Egg
    2 Tb Apple Cider Vinegar
    3/4 Rice Milk, unsweetened
    1/2 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
    1/2 cup 8 Grain Hot Cereal
    1 Tb Maple Sugar (or brown sugar)
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Sea Salt


Separate egg. Combine egg yolk with remaining liquid ingredients. Stir in dry ingredients. Beat egg white till stiff, then gently fold into the pancakes.

Cook on griddle over medium heat. Use 1/4 cup measure to pour batter onto griddle and you'll get 12 pancakes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 pancakes, 3 per serving
