    Egg Beaters
    Turkey Sausage
    Red Peppers
    Cheddar Cheese
    Salsa (if desired)


Add spices as you see the need. I spice it differently each time!


Pour all the ingredients together in the pan and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
