    1 c brown rice flour
    3 medium bananas (brown, frozen)
    1 tbsp pecans*
    2 tbsp sliced almonds*
    1/2 c unsweetened apple sauce
    1/4 c cocoa powder
    1/4 c coconut oil, melted
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 c regular almond milk
    1/4 c granulated sugar

    cooking spray


* this recipe is sort of "kitchen sink".. i used what nuts I had leftover in my cupboard, but you can use more/less or sub for something else.


combine all ingredients in large bowl. spray muffin pan with cooking spray. split evenly into 8 muffin holders. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
