    Ground Beef 93% Lean, 2.5 lbs
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1/2 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, 4 tsp unpacked
    Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Sara Lee Classic 100% Whole Wheat Bread , 3 slices


Sautee onion, celery, and carrot in 1 tbsp olive oil until soft. Let cool
In large bowl mix ground beef, egg, bread (torn into small pieces), onion, celery, carrots, and 2.5 ounces of tomato sauce. Form into loaf and place in baking pan.
With remaining sauce (2.5 ounces) mix Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and brown sugar. Pour over top of meat loaf.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour 30 mintes
