Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup of mixed melons, skinned, seeded and cubed
    (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew)
    juice of half a fresh lime
    1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
    1 tbsp honey (optional)
    ice, as desired

Tips

the honey is not necessary as melons are already so sweet, but i really like the additional depth of flavor a little gives it.


Directions

normally i'd just throw it all in, but since melons are so high in water i haven't added liquid t o this recipe. therefore you may want to start slow. feed in a couple of chunks at a time. then add in remaining ingredients.
