    1 tbsp sunflower oil
    2 onions finely chopped
    3 garlic cloves finely chopped
    1 stick celery finely chopped
    2 red chillies finely chopped
    400g lean turkey mince
    1 pack (approx 400g) passata
    2 tbsp tomato puree
    1 tbsp cajun spice mix
    2 tsp paprika
    2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    salt & black pepper


heat oil in pan
add onion, garlic & celery and soften
add mince and brown for a feww mins
add chopped chilli
add spices and stir
add tomato puree and fry for a couple of mins
add passata, season and cover
leave to simmer for 1 hr
