Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    NOODLES
    Flour, whole grain, 2 cup
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Salt, .5 tsp

    SOUP
    Turkey breast meat, 8 ounce(s)
    *College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 10 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    *Yams, 1 cup, cubes
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves

Directions

Mix together in medium bowl : Flour, Eggs, salt. Stir together untill ball forms (may use hands). If still sticky add a little more flour. Roll out ball to 1/4 in thickness. slice into noodles. Let dry for 30 minutes. (While soup cooks.)

FOR THE SOUP
Put broth in to large soup pan add cooked turkey, carrots, celery, yams, onions, garlic, and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes on simmer after first bringing to a boil. Turn heat up to med/high add noodles a couple every few seconds till all are added. Cover turn heat to simmer for around 5 minutes. Eat and Enjoy. Makes 4 Super size servings or 8 small servings.
