    Beef, top sirloin, 32 oz (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) (remove)
    *Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)


Brown the meat- adding the flour just before it's done, cut the corn in half, then in half again, lengthwise. Add all ingredients including 16 oz of water to a crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4.
