Peppery, Moist and Delish

    6 Hard Boiled Eggs (Large)
    Lite Mayo
    Black Pepper


Boil Eggs for 12 to 14 minutes. Let cool peel and chop to into small cubes. Add .25 tbsp of pepper and 2 tablespoons of lite mayo. Mix gently till all is incorporated. Half a cup is a serving. Scoop on to bread or lettuce or eat on its own. Delish!!!
