Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp granulated sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 cup mashed bananas
    1 cup rice, soy, coconut or almond milk
    1 tbsp flaxseed meal
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

mix all the ingredientsexcept the oil, let sit 5 mins. use the oil to grease the skillet or griddle, and cook on one side till they bubble, flip and cook on the other sized another minute. Enjoy!
