Ingredients

    4 tsp olive oil
    1 med onion, sliced
    1 large tomatoe chopped
    1 inch of fresh ginger
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (I add lots)
    1 small head of cabbage (8-10 cups)
    1.5 tsp sea salt

Directions

Heat pan over med-high heat. Add oil and green onions, Saute till soften, about 2 mins. Stir in tomatoes, ginger and red pepper flakes. Coof for 2 more mins.
Add cabbage , 1.5 tsp of salt. Stir and cover. Reduce heat med-low. Stirring occasionally as the cabbage collapse. Add a little water if needed. Don't let cabbage dry out. Cook for 13 mins.
