    lb flank steak, trimmed
    1 teaspoon blackened seasoning
    teaspoon salt, divided
    teaspoon pepper, divided
    (5-oz) bag spring mix salad greens
    (5-oz) package baby arugula
    cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar


Preheat broiler. Season steak with blackened
seasoning, teaspoon salt and teaspoon
pepper. Place on a rimmed baking sheet or
broiler pan rubbed with olive oil. Broil 4 minutes
per side or to desired degree of doneness. Let
stand 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the
grain. Combine spring mix salad greens, baby
arugula, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, remaining
teaspoon salt and teaspoon pepper in
