Introduction

This tastes like an Orange Julius, but it sneaks in extra calcium, and omega 3. This tastes like an Orange Julius, but it sneaks in extra calcium, and omega 3.

Ingredients

    1 ten oz can of frozen orange juice concentrate
    2 1/4 cups of milk
    1 cup frozen lowfat vanilla yogurt
    2 tsp of vanilla
    6 ice cubes
    1 Tbs dry non fat milk
    1 tsp ground flax seed or oil

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You can easily double the recipe and keep this in the freezer. Scoop out what you need and have it as a frozen dessert, or thaw it slightly in the microwave, add a bit of orange juice or milk, and use a hand blender to quickly froth it back up.
