    6 Tortillas
    6 c. shredded lettuce
    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    1 can black beans, rinsed
    1 onion, chopped
    1 T ground cumin
    1 pkg Taco seasoning
    1 c. grated mexican cheese
    1.5 c. salsa
    Hot Sauce to taste


Take a cookie sheet and place 4 ramekins (or larger) on it upside down. Place one tortilla on top of each one (they'll lay down as they bake), and bake until they get crispy - about 15 minutes or so.
In a large skillet, brown the turkey with the chopped onion. When you're ready for the taco seasoning, dump the drained beans into the turkey mixture too. Use taco seasoning as directed.

To build salad, add lettuce evenly to tortilla shells, and divide all ingredients among the 4.
