A no fuss way to add veggies to a meal. A no fuss way to add veggies to a meal.
Number of Servings: 6


    6 medium potatoes
    5 large carrots
    4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    12 tsp Mrs. Dash Chicken Seasoning
    6 tbsp Dried chopped onion
    1/4 cup Blue Bonnet Homestyle margarine
    No Salt seasoning to taste


can also replace the margarine with butter.


Dice potatoes into 1 inch pieces, slice carrots into 1/4 inch pieces. Mix together thoroughly with remaining ingredients. Place in a 9 x 13 casserole pan and bake until vegetables are tender in a 425 degree oven.
