    Cabbage, fresh, 0.25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia)
    Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Zucchini, 115 grams (1/2 a medium zucchini)
    Bell Peppers 50 grams (1/2 a pepper)
    Raisins, no name, golden seedless, 0.5 cup
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 0.125 cup, hulled, raw

    Yogurt, President's Choice 0% Greek Yogurt Plain, 117g
    Hellmann's Half Fat mayonnaise, 1/4 cup
    Cider Vinegar, 0.25 cup
    Ground pepper
    Sweetzfree, 3 drops


Grate vegetables and add raisins and seeds. Mix dressing. Combine.
