Ingredients

    1 head of broccoli
    1 lrg cucumber
    1 red bell pepper
    1 red onion
    4 radishes
    1 stalk of celery

    Dressing:
    3 tbs sour cream
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 tbs of balsamic vinegar
    3 tbs of olive oil (I used EVOO)
    Spices to taste


Tips

The longer it sits, the better it tastes. This would probably be good with bacon too.


Directions

Dice all the veggies as preferred.
Mix sour cream, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and flavor with spices. (I just used salt, pepper, parsley).
