Introduction

This is a delicious fat free, healthy alternative to the store bought stuff. Tastes great on salads! This is a delicious fat free, healthy alternative to the store bought stuff. Tastes great on salads!

Ingredients

    1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 Tbsp white vinegar (or lemon juice)
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    dried dill
    dried parsley
    salt
    pepper

Tips

If you prefer a thicker ranch dressing, start with less milk/vinegar to reach desired consistency.


Directions

In a medium sized bowl, Add 1 Tbsp white vinegar to the nonfat milk and let sit for 5 minutes.
Whisk in Greek yogurt until smooth. Add onion powder, garlic powder, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper, to taste. Let chill in the fridge for 1 hour prior to serving.
