Ingredients

    unsalted butter, portabello mushroom caps, chopped, flour, reduced fat beef stock, green onions/scallions, and reduced fat or fat free sour cream, egg noodles. salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

brown mushrooms well in butter, then add whites of one bunch of green onions, deglaze pan w/ beef stock and use flour to thicken sause, mix in sour cream and goat cheese when beef stock reduces, top w/ green tops of the bunch of green onions, add noodles and enjoy!
