Ingredients

    Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Sprouts-EVVO, 1 tbsp
    Golchin - Garbanzo beans (0.25 cup), 100 gram(s)
    Chobani Greek yogurt, 125 gram(s)
    Tahina, 2 tbsp.
    Jalapeno Peppers, 0.5 pepper
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tsp
    Salt, 0.25 tsp

Directions

Soak Chickpeas overnight, pressure cook in a pressure cooker until 4 to 5 whistles. Strain and reserve the water. Roast cumin seeds in a pan. Let them cool and grind to a smooth powder. Take Garbanzo beans, cumin powder, garlic, yogurt, salt, chopped jalapeno, cayenne into a food processor. Pulse until the whole thing is smooth. In case it is thick add the reserved water into it and make into a smooth paste. Take into a serving bowl and sprinkle little cayenne pepper and cilantro on top and serve. Add Olive oil on top.
