Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    whole wheat flour - Robin Hood Canada, 320 gram(s)
    Yeast, bakers, 0.3 ounce
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Honey, 0.333 tbsp

Tips

I am trying to avoid night shade plants (e.g. tomatoes, potatoes) so I use pesto instead of tomato sauce (which the rest of my family still loves), sometimes i skip all sauce and just load up on vegitables with some low fat cheese.


Directions

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour,
1 tbsp yeast,
1 cup warm water,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp honey....dissolve yeast, water, and honey for 5 mins.

mix rest of ingredients...knead for 10 mins.
Let rest 1 hour. Bke for 5 mins. dress with pizza stuff and cook for another 15-18 mins.
Super good. Makes 2 round or 1 pan :)
