    70% dark chocolate candy bar
    whole wheat flour
    canned pumpkin
    baking soda
    vegetable oil


This recipe actually makes 24 muffins, but I made some larger than others so I only ended up with 20.

Delish and so many nutrients! Great for breakfast with some fresh fruit!!

The whole wheat flour makes the muffins a little dense, you do half white and half wheat flour if you choose.


mash over ripe bananas, add pumpkin, sugar, oil, eggs, cinnamon. Mix well and then add flour and baking soda.

Preheat oven to 350
Spoon mixture into greased muffin pan and bake for 30 minutes.
