    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 jar Classico Light Asiago Romano Alfredo Sauce
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 cup Kroger Recipe Beginnings Cajun Mirepoix Blend
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    2 cups egg noodles
    1tsp ground sweet basil
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 cup corn flakes
    1 cup Kraft 2% shredded Colbyjack cheese


1. Cook egg noodles as directed on package.
2. While noodles are cooking, brown ground beef & Mirepoix blend, drain.
3. Add alfredo sauce, mixed vegetables mushrooms & spices to ground beef, simmer on low until noodles are cooked.
4. Drain noodles, add to meat mixture and place in 3 quart casserole dish.
5. Spread corn flakes over top.
6. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
7. Sprinkle cheese overtop, bake another 5 mintues until cheese is melted.
