    3 Medium Ripe Bananas
    1 C Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 C unsweetened Frozen Peaches
    3/4 C Dried Cranberries (Craisins)


I mash bananas (use a potato masher) unsweetened applesauce, unsweetened peach slices (thawed and cut in small bits), dried cranberries and old fashioned oats. I mix all but the oats then add the oats to bind together and allow to sit for a few minutes to soak in. Drop from teaspoon on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 24-30 minutes. After they cool I put them in a ziplock bag and store in the fridge.

Serving Size: makes 28-30 teaspoon drop cookies
