    Chicken Breast, diced, no skin, 8 ounces
    *Yam, raw, diced large, 2 cups
    Curry powder, 3 tbsp
    *Almond Oil, 1 tbsp
    Tomato Paste, 2 tbsp
    Ginger Root, grated, 3 tsp
    *Dried Onion Flakes, 2 tbsp
    Dried Garlic, 1 tsp
    Mango Chutney (Sharwoods), 1 tbsp
    Campbells no salt added chicken broth, 0.5 cup


Put the oil in a saucepan, add the curry powder and fry on low heat. Add the chicken and stir fry until it's not pink, add all the other ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes, or until the yams are cooked.
