Introduction

This is a modification of hummus that makes it a little creamier. This is a modification of hummus that makes it a little creamier.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Beans, Great Northern, 1 can
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 can
    Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, .25 cup (or oil of your choice, like avocado or walnut)
    Garlic, 1 head, roasted
    Salt, to taste

Directions

Add beans to food processor. Process, adding oil slowly until desired texture is reached (may require more or less oil). Squeeze roasted garlic cloves out of head into food processor. Process until garlic is blended completely. If desired, add salt to taste and blend thoroughly.
