    Baby Carrots, raw, 1 medium
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup
    Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Celery seed, 1 tsp
    Curry powder, 1 tsp
    Tarragon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Milk, 2%, 2 cup


Cook all ingredients (except milk) till tender. Use a slotted spoon and puree with milk. You can leave some peas whole to give some texture. Stir it back in the broth well. Garnish with a parsley snip. You can serve warmed up or cold. Makes 8- 1 cup servings.
