Ingredients

    3 long pieces pork tenderloin
    4 medium potatoes, chopped
    4 small apples, peeled and sliced
    1 tsp salt and pepper
    1 tbsp ground thyme
    12 oz white wine

Directions

Spray slow cooker with Pam and place potatoes in the bottom of the ceramic dish. Brown tenderloin pieces in a frying pan, and then place meat on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle meat with seasonings and place sliced apples on top of meat. Poor wine over apples and meat, and turn slow cooker on to high heat for 4 hours.
