    Old Fashioned oats 3/4 cup
    3 eggs( 2 whites, 1 whole egg)
    baking powder 1 tsp
    nonfat cottage cheese 1/3 cup
    honey 1 tsp
    protein powder(plant or whey) 1/2 scoop
    unsweetened rice milk 1/4 cup
    banana 1/2
    cinnamon to taste
    olive oil spray


This is actually from Fitness model/dietitian Tiffani Baches


Mix all of the ingredients except the banana and cinnamon and olive oil in blender. Blend until well combined. Preheat pan on stove to low/med heat. Lightly coat with olive oil spray. Pour desired amount of batter onto preheated pan and cook 3-4 minutes. Add slice bananas and cinnamon to taste. Turn pancakes over and cook another 3-4 minutes or until done.

You can add chocolate chips with bananas for variety

Serving Size: 4- 4 inch pancakes
